Interior is pretty decent for an almost 40 year old boat, the deck seems sturdy just needs new carpeting.  We did get the boat to turn over and start but did not run it because we are going to replace the fuel line and finish the tune up.  Hopefully we\'ll have it in the water soon.

I was thinking about redoing the wiring and was just wondering if anyone had a wiring schematic for a 64-66 mercruiser 150hp straight six, or for a 1965 mark twain.

 :D     Update 7/26...

Finished the tune up and rewiring the ignition. We started the boat up and it ran perfectly.  We ran it a few times for about 15 min each time.  It started and caught with the first turn of the key and ran very smoothly.  It could have run longer but we turned it off because we didn\'t have the outdrive in the water and were worried about it overheating.  Hopefully next weekened we could get it into the water and test it out.

Hey, spend a couple bucks for a set of \"earmuffs\" and hook the garden hose up and run her all day, it greatly reduces the chance of burning up your impeller on the water pump....when you run dry the don\'t hold up very long at all!
